• Bugle head Usage :  The head of bugle head screw usually fixed in object. Bugle head and object are parallel. Head is not protrude to affect safety and appearance, so that screw hole have to a chamfer of funnel to match head angle that can have fix effect. 

Most Bugle Head Self Drilling Screw have black phosphate plated, not all of such type screw will coat it, but zinc plated /zinc yellow plated will be use. Bugle Head Self Drilling Screw is similar with flat head self drilling screw, chamfer on the neck of screw head is the characteristic of it.
